To register for the congress, please follow these steps:

1. Selection of registration type

• Select the appropriate registration fee based on your professional status. Options are available for both in-person and online attendance. In-person attendance is limited to 350 participants. Participants who wish to attend in person will receive a confirmation email at the beginning of October.
• Early Registration (until September 30, 2025)
• Dentists: 8,000 RSD
• Nurses, Technicians, Medical Technicians, Dental Technicians, Dental Nurses: 5,600 RSD
• Residents / Doctoral Students: 5,600 RSD
• Late registration (October 1–7, 2025)
• Dentists: 10,000 RSD
• Nurses, Technicians, Medical Technicians, Dental Technicians, Dental Nurses: 7,000 RSD
• Residents / Doctoral Students: 7,000 RSD

2. Filling out the registration form

• You can complete your registration on the official congress website.
• Please enter a valid license number.

3. Payment of registration fee

• For early registration:
• Pay the amount according to the applicable rates (RSD or EUR) to the bank account indicated on the proforma invoice you receive automatically upon successful registration. The proforma invoice is valid for 7 days; after this period, the invoice will be canceled, and you will need to complete the registration process again.
• For late registration:
• Pay the amount according to the applicable rates (RSD or EUR) to the bank account indicated on the proforma invoice you receive automatically upon successful registration. The proforma invoice is valid for 7 days; after this period, the invoice will be canceled, and you will need to complete the registration process again.

3. Submission of student status documents

• If the participant is a student, they must provide a copy of their student ID or a certificate of enrollment.

4. Registration Confirmation

• After successfully submitting the registration form, you will automatically receive a registration confirmation at the email address provided in the form. Please note that the registration confirmation is not proof of participation; payment must be completed according to the instructions to secure your place at the congress.
